Career and Experience
Crystal  is a service based business specialist by degree. 
She worked over 20 years in the sales and marketing industry before launching her online marketing agency in 2019.

After life threw her a curve ball in 2019 she knew that if she wanted to have the life of her dreams, it would be up to her to make it happen. So with her vision & determination she took a chance &  launched her agency online. Since then she has helped hundreds of service based entrepreneurial  scale their companies online  she has proven that you can live life and make money at the same time ... on your terms!

What kind of access will I get to Crystal as a 1:1 Client? 
All 1:1 clients receive Voxer (voice-messaging) access to Crystal as well as monthly group mastermind calls and a private Facebook group. 
What kind of payments do you accept? 
I do offer discounts for payment in full, otherwise monthly payment plans are available. Payment is preferred via Stripe.
What type of software is preferred for coaching? 
I specialize in customer and onboarding management through , building funnels with ClickFunnels and email automation software through ActiveCampaign. 
How much will your recommend business tools cost? 
Between ActiveCampaign, ClickFunnels, , your “monthly tool stack” will likely be around $200/month at a minimum. This is an investment into creating the systems in your business that will help you automate and be profitable. 
How much ad spend should I be prepared to spend? 
I request most clients work towards being comfortable with spending at least $500/mo. in Facebook advertising. If you’re in the starting phases of your business, we can set up the systems to help you get to a place where running ads are a profitable investment.
What if I don't like ClickFunnels, how do I cancel? 
I do build funnels for my coaching clients in ClickFunnels, but if you don’t like it, Simply login to your account, click on your account settings and click "cancel my account". No need to call, email, or talk to anyone!
Who owns the data / content / subscribers gained/created during coaching? 
You do! Any content (including your users) is 100% owned by you. I don’t nor does the software I recommend have permission to use that content or contact your users for any reason. These systems are tools for YOU to deliver YOUR content!
